Service Status during Covid-19

We are committed to helping fight Covid-19, while still preserving as much normality as possible. 

We use Royal Mail to dispatch orders, and currently Royal Mail are processing and delivering orders as normal. Despite best efforts, some service may be disrupted. Royal Mail are no longer asking recipients to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020. They will still capture the recipient’s name and confirmation of delivery. All our office staff are working from home, with our essential on-site staffs are shipping orders daily. We are a small family run business and we are practising social distancing and taking the utmost care with regards to hygiene, to ensure that your orders can be shipped as quickly as possible and that all of the government’s guidelines are being followed.
