The Terms and Conditions
1 – Definitions
In this agreement:
“Our Web Site” means the entire computing hardware and software installation that is or supports Our Web Site.
“Goods and Services” means any of the goods and services we offer for sale on our web site.
“Content” means information in any form published on Our Web Site by us or any third party with our consent.
“Contract” means the contract for the purchase and sale of the Goods.
2 - Our contract with you
2.1 - These terms and conditions apply:
2.1.1 - so far as the context allows, to you as a visitor to Our Web Site; and
2.1.2 - in any event to you as a buyer or prospective buyer of our Goods and Services.
2.2 - Goods and Services advertised may not be available.
2.3 - Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have decided to cancel the order.
2.3.1 - Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

2.4 - We may change these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to you are those posted here on Our Web Site on the day you order Goods and Services. It may be useful to print a copy now.
3 - Order and Delivery
3.1 - Goods are generally dispatched within two working days. If we are unable to supply the products ordered by you within that time frame, we will inform you of a realistic delivery date. If that is unacceptable to you than you have right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
3.2 - Unless otherwise agreed orders are shipped by Royal Mail 48 service or Royal Mail International Signed for service.
3.3 - If your goods fail to arrive within 28 days of dispatch, you will have the option of either a full refund or a replacement shipment.
3.4 - Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by PDA Hut Limited in writing.
3.5 - When you receive the Product(s) you must inspect it for any defects or non-conformity within 14 days and inform us within this time frame. After this period, you will have accepted the Product(s). If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or dispatch new goods as soon as possible after original goods have been returned and inspected by us.
4 - Price and Payment
4.0 - Prices are displayed and transactions are charged in UK Pound Sterling.
4.1 - Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4.2 - Our VAT number is 809739687
4.3 - Whilst we endeavor to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
4.4 - If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the erroneous price is less than the cost price of the item, we reserve the right to offer to process the order at cost price or the the opportunity for the customer to cancel the order.
4.5 - Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for one week after the order is placed. If the price changes when stock becomes available customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
4.6 - Banking charges by the receiving bank on payments to us will be borne by us. All other charges relating to payment will be borne by you.
4.7 - Any details given by us in relation to exchange rates are approximate only and may vary from time to time.
4.8 - You will pay all sums due to us under these terms by the means specified without any set-off, deduction or counter claim.
4.9 - Many countries charge duty on goods at the point of import, these will normally be collected by the courier used to deliver your goods - this is a charge levied by your government not by PDA Hut Limited and we have no control over it.
4.10 – We reserves the right, by giving notice to Buyer at any time before delivery, to increase the price of the Goods to reflect any increase in the cost to Seller which is due to any factor beyond the control of Seller; such as, without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, currency regulation, alteration of duties, significant increase in the costs of labour, materials or other costs of manufacture, any change in delivery dates, quantities or specifications for the Goods which is requested by Buyer, or any delay caused by any instructions of Buyer or failure of Buyer to give PDA Hut adequate information or instructions.
5 - Warranties and liability
5.1 - If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes, we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits, (whether direct or indirect) data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury.
5.2 - Where the Goods are sold under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer Transactions (Restrictions on Statements) Order 1976) the statutory rights of Buyer are not affected by these Conditions.
5.3 - Where any valid claim in respect of any of the Goods which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods or their failure to meet specification is notified to Seller in accordance with Conditions, PDA Hut Limited shall be entitled to replace the Goods (or the part in question) free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund to Buyer the price of the Goods (or a proportionate part of the price), but PDA Hut Limited shall have no further liability to Buyer.
6 - Information you give us
6.1 - You agree that you have provided, and will continue to provide accurate, up to date, and complete information about yourself. We need this information to provide you with the Goods and Services.
6.2 - Where an incorrect address has been given to Holders and Mounts with the order we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.
7 - Returns Policy.
7.1 - Under the distance selling regulations you are entitled to return any products bought from Holders and Mounts 30 days after receiving goods purchased and receive a full refund, assuming that the goods are in their original pristine condition and merchantable condition. Products return at cost and risk of consumer. Goods remain purchaser’s responsibilities until received by us. Postage and Packing will only be refunded for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item(s). All funds are returned to the Payment method that was used to pay for the order, and may take up to two weeks to appear on the account. If you have paid by cheque monies will be refunded by cheque. Refund will be provided within 7 days of us receiving goods.
7.2 – To return an item, please login with your user name and password and select the “orders history” sub menu from within “Your Account” Menu category. When the specific order is selected, you will see an option to return the item from within that order. Once return request is created by you, you can check on the progress of this request by clicking “Returns” sub menu.
7.3 - Goods returned by agreement for credit must be in first class saleable condition complete with all manuals and undamaged original packaging.
8 – Disclaimers
8.1 - We may make improvements or changes to Our Web Site, the Content, or to any of the Goods and Services, at any time and without advance notice.
8.2 - You are advised that Content may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
8.3 - We give no warranty and make no representation, express or implied, as to:
8.3.1 - the adequacy or appropriateness of the Goods and Services for your purpose.
8.3.3 - any implied warranty or condition as to merchantability or fitness of the Goods and Services for a particular purpose;

10 - System Security
10.1 - You agree that you will not, and will not allow any other person to, violate or attempt to violate any aspect of the security of the Installation;
10.2 - you agree that you will in no way modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, copy, or cause damage or unintended effect to any portion of Our Web Site, or any software used on Our Web Site, and that you will not permit any other person to do so.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or any contract between you and us, then you agree to attempt to settle the dispute by engaging in good faith with us in a process of mediation before commencing arbitration or litigation.
15 - Governing Law
15.1 - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decide only by the courts of England and Wales. This agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is hereby expressly excluded.
15.2 - Buyer shall be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the importation of the Goods into the country of destination and the payment of any duties thereon.
16 - Force majeure
We are not liable for any breach of our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control including strikes of our own employees.
